SafeWay MLT is a new member of our disposable alcohol breath testers; specifically designed for sales to civil, military law enforcement, and forensic applications . Safeway MLT is a multilevel Volumetric disposable alcohol detector that when used with the accompanied balloon, performs a volumetric measurement of the subject breath alcohol contents.
The MLT tester displays a range of BAC with each device. They are available in two different detection ranges. The MLT-08 displays results from .04 to .08% BAC while the MLT-15 displays results from .05 to .15 %BAC.
SafeWay VMLT disposable alcohol tester does not require batteries nor costly re-calibration.
It is designed based on a chemical reaction that is not sensitive
to any gas but alcohol. This highly selective reaction along with a fixed volume of breath delivers highly accurate results with less chance for a false positive result (more common with
the electronic semiconductor devices) Safeway sensitive crystals change
color when exposed to alcohol.
