Great transit, made for geology. Takes measurements better and faster in the field than other transits for sure. Had seen it demonstrated at GSA by the inventors and it does all they advertised and more! The way it works is pretty genious and at the same time simple and easier to understand and repeat measurements than with other transits. It has a cool lid that flips around and can measure angles in two axes and in a bunch of orientations.....hence the name I guess. Wish they came in brighter colors! 5 stars
