Return Policy

Returns & Replacements

We offer a "no questions asked" 15 days money back guaranteed return policy. An Return Merchandise Authorization must be requested within the 15 days of receiving your shipment. All returns must conform to the following guidelines to insure accurate processing of credit issuance and/or replacement:

Return Authorization Number (RMA#)

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must obtain the Return Authorization number by submitting our Request for Return Authorization form located on our website.

Replacement:
ASD must receive your return within 30 days from the date of your purchase and NOT from the date you requested for the RMA number. After 30 days, please contact the product manufacturer for any warranty work applicable.

Return To The Manufacturer:
ASD Customer Service is available to assist you with all return requests. However, for certain products, you may be advised to return the product directly to its manufacturer and not to ASD. In such cases, ASD Customer Service will work with you to accomplish the return.”

You should be certain that the item you are purchasing will fit your needs. Ensure that the dimensions, aesthetics and utility of the product is what you need before placing your order. By confirming your order, you indicate your agreement to this policy.

Return the item(s) postage paid; Insured return receipt is suggested for all returns. Be sure to mark the address with the assigned RMA# and include a copy of your original invoice, order number or packing list to expedite processing and issuance of your credit.

Important: Please make sure to purchase insurance at least for the value of the product when you are returning the product to us. ASD will not be liable for returned products lost in mail.

Warranty Repair

Our limited warranty period is 30 days from your date of purchase for all products except otherwise specified. If the product is older than 30 days since your date of purchase, you are required to send in $10 ( no cash please) to covers the shipping and handling of the return. Please make sure that you have received your RMA number before you send products back to us.

Sample Policy

Without exception, our policy is to charge for samples. If a potential contract or volume accounts desire samples, they should be ordered normally through our online ordering system. All sample costs including delivery charges will be refunded on subsequent volume purchases. We believe that the information contained on our web site is comprehensive and detailed with regard to individual products. Consequently, we do not distribute printed marketing materials such as brochures or literature on request.

Re-stocking charge

All returned products that are opened are subject to 25% restocking charge if they are returned for credit within the first 15 days. Shipping charges cannot be refunded on any returns.

Order Cancellation Policy

Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Order. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.

To attempt to cancel your order during processing please contact us at 818-701-9200 immediately.

If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with the return policy.
