How do I place an order?

Ordering via ASD's state-of-the-art web site is the first choice for many of our customers. There are several ways to quickly and easily place your order online:
- Browse our online catalog or search for items by keyword or item number, add them to your shopping cart, and check out quickly and securely.
- Reorder from your order history
- Save frequently purchased items to a saved shopping list and reorder them as needed

If you would like to order by phone, call us at 866-217-8700. We have Customer Service Representatives on staff from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time. Please have your customer number or order number ready. If you do not have a customer number, a Customer Service Representative can set up a new account for you with your first order.
If you would like to order by mail or fax, you can print our order form or use your own Purchase Order. Please include your complete billing and shipping address, phone and fax number, contact names and general business information.
For fax orders, add your credit card information and fax the order to 818-701-9220. Our fax lines are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

How do I request a quote for a large volume order?
For more information on quotes and large volume orders, contact our Customer Service department at 866-216-8700 or e-mail us.
How do I set up an account?
An account number will be established automatically when you place your first order. To expedite shipping of your first order, we suggest that you use a credit card. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and PayPal. If you wish to establish a line of credit with your first order, please contact us (818-701-9200) to find out how. You will be contacted by our Accounts Receivable department and asked to complete a credit application and/or submit your D&B number. You can always contact our credit department via phone (818-701-9200) or send us an e-mail for information about establishing a line of credit.
How do I sign up to receive a catalog?
Right now, ASD's FULL CATALOG is our website. So, you have full access to it all the time. Certain product pages will have product brochures in the MORE INFORMATION section.
How much is Shipping?
Shipping charges are dynamically calculated at the time of ordering. You will most likely have a choice between several shipping methods depending on the destination and how quickly you want to receive the order. Keep in mind that Overnight delivery is from time of processing and not time of ordering. If you have any special needs feel free to call us so we can accommodate you.
I want to ship outside the United States. Can I order from Safety-Devices.com?
Yes, we currently ship to nearly all international destinations. Simply add to cart and proceed to checkout to order online with a credit card. We request that the credit card billing address match the ship to shipping address. For large international orders, please call +1(818)701-9200 or contact us to get a price quote or for specific shipping information. Purchases over US$250 may require payment in advance by wire transfer. International orders can take up to 14 business days for delivery.
My web browser does not load the checkout screen correctly. Can I order a different way?
Absolutely, while we make every attempt to make our online shopping experience as pleasant as possible, we understand that a feature may be experiencing technical difficulties. What are the benefits of registration during the Checkout?
If you choose to register during cart checkout, you will automatically receive your own Visitor account. This is a completely free account allowing you to:
- Save payment and address information to save time on future purchases
- Track order status online and review order details including cropping
- Keep a history of orders to reference at a later time
- Place reorders without going through the steps again
- Receive special promotions on future purchases
- Access receipts from all previous transactions
Information you provide during registration will never be shared with anyone, and you can opt-out of receiving future e-mail correspondence in the Preferences of your account.
What if I do not see what I am looking for?
Call 866-216-8700 or e-mail us. We can immediately check our product database. If the item is not in our full line catalog or on our web site, we may be able to locate the item for you from one of our suppliers.
What methods of payment are accepted?
Major credit cards are accepted including Visa, Master Card, and American Express. We also accept Paypal payments, for all major credit cards.
When I call, am I talking with a person who is familiar with your products?
When you contact Advanced Safety Devices, you are connected to a highly trained Customer Service Representative who has hands-on experience with the products we carry. Our Representatives attend ongoing training sessions to better answer your questions and concerns. We are committed to providing the information and products to help you create the safest work environment possible.
When will my order ship?
Most items ship within 24 hours. We make every effort to ship any pending order within the same day. If your order is before 3PM PST, your order could be shipped the same day (excluding holidays and weekends).
