You can track your order online by logging into your Account page, or via the courier specified in your confirmation email. Tracking information is updated nightly and can take up to one business day to show up. If tracking information is unavailable, it does not mean the package has not shipped out. Please contact customer support at 818-701-9200 to retreive the latest tracking information.
For larger orders, a seperate email may arrive from the courier providing tracking information. Any delay or delivery expeptions will be emailed instantly. It is important you resolve these issues with the carier and arrange delivery.
