I purchased the "Door Viewer DS238 Metallic Ultra Wide Angle Door Scope." The product itself was exceptional and I would purchase it again, now that I have an idea of how to install it. The product came with a set of instructions and there was an additional set of instructions on the web page. Neither set of instructions was clear and understandable, althought they said it was on the web page. A short video showing how to install the product would have been very valuable. The product is superior, the installation instructions are less than professional. I think an eight year old child could have transcribed better instructions. For the price of the product, I expect for someone to take the time to write clear and understandable instructions. If I was basing my rating on the procut alone, they would have had very high marks. I hope you do not mind taking a lot of time installing something that should have only taken a few minutes.
