Honestly this thing is awesome. Our old peephole was so tiny you basically had to mash your face against the door just to see anything. This one lets you stand like 3 feet back and you can see the whole porch perfectly. The view is super wide so nobody can hide off to the side. Just a heads up, the hole you have to drill in your door is huge so make sure you got the right tools before starting. But yeah totally worth it, feels really solid too since it's metal and not cheap plastic.
